A Site Survey before the Construction

A Site Survey before the Construction

Before the construction, it is very important to conduct a site survey, since the size, the configuration, and the level of a land lot affect much both the construction and the use of the land. When looking for lots for office building, warehouse, and both large and small size industrial factory construction, square lots would be preferable over rectangle ones due to their usefulness and municipal law, which said recessed space, means empty spaces that surround the building, must conform to the size of the factory.

Regarding the height, factories and warehouses should be built on high areas, means above ground level, in order to prevent the flood and water stagnation during the rainy season. Flood stage occurred for the past few years should be taken into account. A low lot should be filled or leveled. Land filling should be done a while before the construction in order that the ground is compacted. Soils obtained from bored piling process are not recommended to use in land filling. When the lot is bumpy or uneven, fill it with sand to prevent subsiding. The road level and flood stage should be considered in the process of land filling, not only it would prevent the flood from factories, warehouses, or office buildings but also in terms of Feng Shui, since the lot would be higher and spectacular.

The gates of the factory are to be planned before the construction. The entrance and the exit of factories, office buildings, and warehouses must be convenient and large enough for goods and material transportations.

If the customers worry about the preparation of the construction, it is better to ask for clear advices and further information from experienced and trustable construction contractor companies for the confidence.
